What is included with the ticket price?
All materials and supplies are included, plus expert guidance from our instructor. You'll leave with a completed project to take home!
What should I wear?
We recommend clothes that you aren't afraid to get dirty and comfortable shoes.
Where should I go when I arrive?
Different workshops are hosted in different locations, so you can wait around the cash desks and we'll make an announcement when we're ready to get started.
Is the event wheelchair accessible or can I do it seated?
We normally work on our arrangements standing as it is easier to handle the materials, however, any of our workshops can be accommodated to a lower working height at your request! Please contact us by email at info@vandermeernursery.com with your name and the date of your event after booking or add it as an order note during your checkout so we can ensure your space is ready.
Can I bring a friend with me?
Each ticket includes materials for one person to make one project. If you're attending with someone who needs a bit of help and won't be creating on their own, you're welcome to work together at one station with a single ticket. In that case, Please contact us by email at info@vandermeernursery.com with your name and the date of your event after booking so we can ensure there is space for both of you.
If each person would like to make their own project, a separate ticket is required for each participant.
Help! I'm not creative, what if I can't make an arrangement that looks good?
Don't worry! We'll walk you through every step of the way so it's foolproof. We've never had an attendee with an arrangement that wasn't beautiful by the time it was done!
What if I need to cancel my ticket?
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can free up your space for someone else! Ticket refunds or transfers are available for up to 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop.
