Wormwood 'Powis Castle'
Artemisia 'Powis Castle'
Powis Wormwood is an excellent foliage perennial. Though it does produce flowers, they are insignificant and should be pruned off to preserve the foliage.
Powis castle features fernlike, pale silvery-green foliage. It typically spreads up to 3', but can grow up to 6' wide in ideal conditions.
Wormwood grows best in full sun with dry to medium, well-drained soils. Good drainage is essential for survival and keeping the foliage tidy.
