Yellow Wax Bells
Kirengeshoma palmata
An uncommon perennial, Yellow Wax Bells features a mounding habit, large, maple-like leaves and drooping, bell-shaped yellow flowers held on dark stems in late summer/early fall.
Yellow Wax Bells grow best in part to full shade with fertile, moist, slightly acidic soils. Do not allow the soil to dry out, especially when young.

Full shade outdoors (0-2 hours of direct sun) and Part shade outdoors (4 hours of direct sun)
Water every 1-3 days for first year until established (based on outdoor temperature & plant's water consumption). Be sure to increase watering in heat of summer and, watch for wilting or browning as signs to increase watering frequency.
